In this phase, we will meet with you to present the preliminary drawings, which typically include the floor plan, elevations, and site plan. We will walk you through each element of the design and explain any relevant code requirements along the way.

This is the stage where revisions are encouraged. We will take note of your feedback and any requested changes, while also offering professional recommendations to help shape the final design.

Additional meetings may be scheduled as needed to refine the plans. Once the design is approved, we’ll move forward to the finalization phase, where full construction documents are developed.

After the preliminary design is approved, we move into the finalization phase. Here, we prepare a full set of construction documents needed for permitting and accurate estimating.

These plans include details like electrical, plumbing, HVAC, foundation, framing, and energy requirements—ensuring your project is code-compliant and ready for construction. We also coordinate with engineers or consultants as needed to support a smooth transition into the build phase.

After your plans are finalized, we can assist with the submittal process to your local building department. From responding to plan check comments to coordinating with engineers when needed, our team is here to support you through permitting—ensuring the project continues moving forward without delays.
