Initial Meeting:

We will meet with you to discuss the proposed project. The intent of this meeting is to collect information used to start a preliminary design. At the conclusion of this meeting we can schedule a preliminary meeting.

Preliminary Meeting:

We will meet you with a set of preliminary drawings. These drawings include a floor plan, elevations, and a site plan. The intent of this meeting is to work out details within the design in the direction of finalizing the project. At this point we can make all the changes desired. If you approve the preliminary design, we will start the process of finalizing the construction documents. If more changes are desired at the time of this meeting we will schedule a follow up meeting. We will perform as many meetings as necessary in order to assure that the design is to your liking.

Electrical Plan:

The electrical plan is a very personal and custom area in a design. We will layout the electrical design with you during the preliminary meeting. We will show you what the code requirements are, and what options you have. Your electrical plan will include items such as, lighting, outlets, switches, TV jack, phone jacks, service panel, and door bell chime.

The Design Process

We will walk you through the entire design process. As we work with you on the design we will make suggestions that we may have. We will also inform you of the code requirements that will be required.
